Return Policy


NO STRESS RETURN

It is important to us that you purchase with confidence, that’s why we offer a no stress Refund Service*. (*Excludes Sale items and Bespoke Products requiring your specification, including Prints & Custom Framing).

NB: Please remember that you are purchasing a handcrafted art piece. These are not mass produced, so there will be little flaws, inconsistencies and so forth. This is part of the charm of handcrafted works. I use the best materials as I can and ensure I take care in shipping works safely. Whilst great care is taken to represent colours as close as possible, monitors may affect how they appear. 



REQUEST A REFUND

To start a return, contact us at nicolereed@outlook.com.au

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All artworks will need to be packaged back into the packaging it was sent in. 

  • A request must be made by emailing us at  nicolereed@outlook.com.au within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • If Your return is approved, you must then return the item within 10 working days from the date you originally received the order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the artwork is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
  • Simply return the item(s) to the address provided to you, in unused condition with all labels and tags (if applicable) still attached. 
  • The item/s must be returned in undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) and we will organise a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will not include the original postage & handling costs. If your item was sent with Free Postage, the shipping cost we incurred, will be deducted.
  • Please keep in mind that until the goods are received by us in undamaged condition, the responsibility of the goods remains with you.
  • We therefore recommend sending all goods via Registered & Insured Post, to ensure the goods can be traced and are insured whilst in transit. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.

REFUND EXCLUSIONS

The following is ineligible for a refund. For that reason, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.

  • Prints as these are printed on demand and in a size requested by you.
  • Framing with your specifications
  • Commissioned artworks with your specifications
  • Sale and discounted items. Purchased items with discounted prices / promotional codes.
  • Earrings
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGED GOODS


Great care is taken to ensure our artwork and ceramics travel as safely as possible, prior to sending, we photograph our packages prior to shipment. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please email us at nicolereed@outlook.com.au within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods. We will need to see photographs of the damage. Failure to notify us after this time will prevent us from making an insurance claim.

EXCHANGE POLICY


We do not offer an exchange policy. We, therefore, suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase a new item separately in this instance.

RAINCHECKS 


We cannot offer rain checks on products that are out of stock during a promotion, or that are part of a collaboration.

Approval

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your financial institution to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us.
