DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS
Postage and handling charges are additional to the retail price and calculated upon checkout. Shipping artwork safely requires lots of packaging and big boxes for protection. However we aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers and offer shipping within Australia for just $15 for orders less than $199. Furthermore we're proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders above $199!*

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
Yes, we do ship Internationally! However, prices vary depending on location. Please contact nicolereed@outlook.com.au to obtain a full shipping cost prior to placing your order. Alternatively, you can place the order and customer care will contact you to advise of any additional shipping charges. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES/ DUTIES
Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
Please note that all parcels must be signed for unless you have provided an ATL (Authority to Leave) message during checkout. By placing an order on this website, you agree that if you have left an ATL message on your order, leaving the parcel will be at your own risk!

- Large paintings (International) - Packaged in a custom timber crate or removed from stretchers & rolled in tube
BACKORDERS
Please note, if any items in your order are placed on backorder, we do not send your other item(s) until the order is complete. Backorder information and turnaround time is available on the product pages of the item you wish to order.
DISPATCH
Once full payment has been received for your order, items will ship within 1-3 business days (unless the item(s) you are after is placed on backorder, of which you will be notified during checkout). All domestic orders are sent with Pack & Send, Aramex or Australia Post. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery unless an ATL message is provided. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive, longer for remote areas.
RETURN SHIPPING
In the case of a return, all shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.TRACKING
Once an order has been packaged and the courier service booked, you will be provided with a tracking number once the booking has been made. You can monitor the location of your package with this number.INSURANCE
We include insurance on all artworks sent with a shipping service. NB: If you are returning an item you will be responsible for insurance.
LEAD TIMES
Our studio is based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. We take great care to send your artwork to you as safely and quickly as possible. All lead times shown throughout the website are estimates through third party shipping companies, Nicole Reed Collection is not responsible for any delays. We recommend you keep an eye on your tracking number. Please contact us if it has been over two weeks and you have not received your order.IMPORTANT
Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We can not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us. You will receive a tracking number from us once your order is on the way. It is your responsibility to ensure you will be able to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered, re-delivery charges may apply.
