ARTIST STATEMENT
My current floral work explores deep human emotions through the symbology of flowers within a landscape. A figurative metaphor expressing the contemplation, reflection, love, isolation, melancholy and longing experienced by many in this modern world. My still life work explores memories of uncomplicated simplicity, a remembrance of bygone eras using vintage props in a contemporary setting.
